A5M ONLINE EDUCATION
For the past 16 years, A5M has been providing educational programs, events and support for medical, aesthetic and allied healthcare professionals in preventative, integrative & anti-ageing medicine.
With the current COVID-19 challenges we have all faced these past few months, and the pace with which the world is changing, we all need to find new ways to work and provide our services.
This has presented us the opportunity to move our education programs online.
Advance your skills in Preventative, Integrative and Anti-Ageing Medicine with the Australasian Certification in Anti-Ageing Medicine (ACAAM)
This program is open to medical and healthcare professionals who want to focus on preventative and personalised medicine, providing advanced evidence-based practices for early detection, prevention and treatment of age-related dysfunction, disorders and disease.
ACAAM is designed to increase your understanding of preventative, integrative and functional medicine, the main platform for personalised medicine, the future of medicine as we know it.
You’ll be provided with the perfect complimentary education and tools to help achieve better patient outcomes in treating chronic disorders and disease, and help patients maintain a healthy life.
The ACAAM course is based on maintaining a healthy body and mind, and healthy ageing. You will focus on the pillars of ageing:
- Diet and Nutrition
- Exercise Lifestyle and Stress Management
- Hormonal and Metabolic Balance
- Cognitive Function and Mood Disorders
- Diagnostic Tools
Everyone has a unique physiological composition, making it virtually impossible to make one type of medication or supplement to suit everyone. It is important to tailor specific treatment protocols to suit the unique requirements of each patient.
The A5M Certification Program (ACAAM) will assist you in determining the most suitable personalised approach for your patients.
The ACAAM program is open to medical practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, naturopaths, nurses and nurse practitioners, aesthetic practitioners, dieticians, nutritionists, osteopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals. Continuing post-graduate education is vital to keep abreast of advances in preventative health modalities and to maintaining effective practice, for better patient outcomes.
PLEASE NOTE: You currently need to be a paid member of A5M in order to purchase and participate in ACAAM Core Learning Modules. In the future we will also offer online programs to non-members.
