​Both nutrition and detoxification are the key focus of Module 2. This module explores the role of nutrition and detoxification to maintain optimal outcomes and slow down the ageing process. You will review the effects of nutritional deficiencies and detoxification on the ageing process and learn the detoxification pathways, and identify the effects of drug induced nutrient depletion and how to overcome them.
