Frequently Asked Questions - ACAAM

Can I study the course online?

The ACAAM course has been designed for face-to-face learning, we have intimate class sizes & allow plenty of time for interaction, discussion & questions with speakers as the content is very thorough over 2 days for modules & 1 day for electives.

Where is the ACAAM course held?

Our events rotate cities around Australia (and occasionally New Zealand) depending on the demographics of our current students. This is done in order to provide accessibility to as many practitioners as possible (both local and international).

How long do I have to complete my ACAAM studies?

Once enrolled, you have 24 months from the date of your first module to complete all required activities of ACAAM. This time period reflects the ever-evolving nature of the Anti-Ageing industry; our course content is continually updated with new research data.

Can I come to a module or workshop without enrolling in the full ACAAM course or being an A5M Member?

You are welcome to attend any of our Core Modules and/or Workshops without enrolling in the full course or being an A5M Member, however, the registration price is higher & you won’t be able to access the online learning materials on our education portal for members.

Do the core modules have to be completed in sequential order 1, 2, 3?

Core modules can be completed in any order, you may start whenever suits your calendar availability!

Do I have to attend Electives at the same time as my modules?

The great thing about our Elective 1-day Workshops is that the topics and speakers are always different, you can select which ones interest you based on your clinical preferences and preferred topics & speakers. Electives are usually held the day after any of our Modules, but you may choose which workshops (based on your interests) & when you attend them (within your 24-month study period).

How are the assessments done?

There is an assessment upon completing each Core Module, you’ll be given a take-home multiple-choice assessment that you have 1 month to complete & return for marking. A satisfactory pass is considered with a score of 65% and above.

Once I've graduated can I do a refresher of the modules?

After completion, you may repeat modules as a graduate (at a reduced rate) to refresh your knowledge & keep up-to-date with new research.
